You can help add additional classrooms to schools in Uganda
This year, we have faced an exciting but challenging reality.
The demand for AsOne schools in Uganda has radically outpaced our original development plan. In just two years the enrollment has exceeded 500 students. This spring, we need your help adding more classrooms to our schools in Idudi & Kaberamaido.
Student Impact Story
Mutai Johnathan is a Primary 5 student at AsOne Nursery & Primary School in Kaberamaido and started coming to the school in 2023.
Jonathan says one of the things that makes AsOne’s school different from other schools is the good and caring teachers, and it is the only school in the community that provides computer studies to children.
Jonthan’s father, Mandela, has three of his children attending AsOne Nursery & Primary School in Kaberamaido. He’s seen the way his children have obtained friendships by going to the school, increased in their ability to speak English, and they no longer fear when speaking to adults but now have the ability to stand boldly when talking and speak their minds.
He appreciates the affordable school fees and the infrastructure of the school. Mandela shared about how the school management and staff are friendly to the parents. They allow parents to pay school fees in increments which allows Mandela to be able to pay the school fees for all three of his children who are going to the school. He desires for his children to continue their education at the AsOne High School in Kaberamaido.
Mandela says AsOne has a very good impact on the community, and he is delighted AsOne is in Kaberamaido.

Testimonies from Teaching Staff
“Our motto ‘Transformation starts with me’ makes AsOne schools different from other schools. Our students know that to bring change in a community, it starts with an individual, not any other person. The students are self-driven and the staff is proactive. Children are embracing and loving education because of AsOne.
AsOne has changed the lifestyle of staff members in terms of financial status and job opportunities. You find that a staff member can pay the tuition of their siblings because of AsOne.
I enjoy working for AsOne because AsOne has transformed myself, fed my soul, and made me a disciple of Christ. AsOne has improved my life by giving me a job and molding me as an individual. I thank AsOne for bringing this school to this community.”
Specioza Acan
Director of Studies, AsOne Nursery & Primary School - Kaberamaido
“AsOne Schools are totally unique from other schools for a number of reasons, one of them being the quality education services given.
I enjoy working for AsOne because it gives me peace. I feel at home while doing my duties, the people are friendly, loving, and God fearing.
Since AsOne came into Idudi, people changed their attitudes. They feared that this would be an expensive school, but now they willingly bring kids to our school. AsOne Nursery & Primary School has impacted both students and staff by teaching them how to pray, love God, love their work and their studies, and to be better people and sustain AsOne in years to come.”
